The MVTA promotes cycling as one of the many alternatives to driving alone.
Bikes lockers and racks
Bike lockers are available at several MVTA park & rides for $5 per month (minimum 2 month rental) plus a $25 deposit .
Current locations include:
- Burnsville Transit Station
- Palomino Hills Park & Ride in Apple Valley
- Apple Valley Transit Station
- Blackhawk Park & Ride in Eagan
- Eagan Transit Station
- 157th St. Station

rides have bike racks available.
Bikes on buses
All MVTA buses operate with bike racks. A brochure describing use of the racks is available on buses.
All MCI Coaches also have front bike racks.
MVTA assumes no liability for bikes placed in the exterior racks of any bus.
